School Meals

Dear Parents/Carers,

Here at Mount Tamar School we use the online payment system SchoolMoney to pay for school meals in advance.  This means that you will make payment for school meals online with your debit or credit card and each time your child has a school meal, £2.20 will be deducted from the account. This payment system benefits both us as a school and you as a parent/carer. Not only will you be able to pay for your child’s meals from the comfort of your own home but you will also be able to access your account at any time to see when your child has had a school meal and keep an eye on your remaining balance. SchoolMoney enables us to experience a more streamlined, cost-effective and efficient payment system in a secure and safe environment.

You won’t need to sign up to this system as this is done automatically through the school and as long as you have provided us with up to date contact details we will have sent you a password via text and/or email. This password will give you access to your SchoolMoney account where you can pay for all your child’s meals.

To log into SchoolMoney, visit the website www.schoolmoney.co.uk and enter your mobile number, email address and the password we have sent to you. If for any reason you are struggling to log in, it may be because you have not provided us with the correct contact details. Please let us know immediately if either your mobile number or email address changes.  It may ask for your child’s name – this should be entered in lower case, ie billy.  We are only using this facility for payment of school meals at the moment but hope to included payment of school trips very soon.

Please see the Hint & Tips provided.  Should you need reminding of your password, update your details or have any queries at all, please do not hesitate to contact Wendy Pannel at the school on 01752 365128 #202 who will be happy to help.
