Reasons to Wear #RedInstead on April 2nd

If you want to show solidarity or support of individuals on the spectrum on World Autism Day, don’t “light it up blue,” wear #RedInstead.

The 2nd April is World Autism Acceptance Day, and whilst we won't be in school on that day to celebrate it I just wanted to share awareness of the Wear Red Instead campaign as opposed to the Light it Up Blue that you might see on social media.

To find out more, here is the article by Learn from Autistics, one of many organisations looking to raise awareness and acceptance of Autism for the right reasons.
