Education Support Staff
We are looking to appoint Learning Support Assistants who will guide and support our young people in their personal, social and educational development – assisting them reach their full potential within society. The successful candidate will work with young people with behavioural and learning difficulties helping them maintain their place within education. This can include working 1:1, on vocational programmes, at our main school in St. Budeaux (Primary/Secondary) and our off site Aspire centres.
Mount Tamar would welcome applications from those with previous experience of working with young people with challenging backgrounds and a passion to making a difference to young people’s lives through Education.
Grade C-D depending on experience – Actual Salary between £11,460-£15,840
29 hours per week for 39 weeks per annum
