Mount Tamar School - Trafficlights
From 2010 the Government has decided that parents and guardians of pupils will have access to their child's progress via links to their child's school web services. In addition the Government is requiring all schools to contact parents and guardians immediately their child is missing from a class in a suitable way.
Mount Tamar is proposing to be ahead of this with the development of its trafficlights service where parents, guardians and carers will be given a Username and Password to access the service.

- Mount Tamar School Behaviourial Management System (TrafficLights)
- Lesson by lesson trafficlights for the pupil - Being trialled by pupils
- The daily trafficlight scores for the pupil - Being worked on
- The weekly trafficlight score for the pupil - Not available yet
- Incident reports will not be made available via this service but a warning triangle or a smiley will appear if something has been written. - Being worked on
- Mount Tamar School SMS Service
- This service will set up to send the daily score of their child to their mobile phone - Being tested by staff
- Mount Tamar School is looking to extend this service to include:
- General information; details of trips, visits, examinations, etc - Being worked on
